This is going to depend on the type of fish; it's quite difficult to respond to a very broad open question without more details
well the first thing to do is to see if he/she is ok or at least responsive. then if the student doesn't respond, send another student to go find help RIGHT AWAY. if the student is bleeding try to find out how they started bleeding or why (usually when someone faints in a class chances are they hit their head on a desk or something) then get a first aid kit and try and control the bleeding. if the bleeding can't be controlled, CALL 911 RIGHT AWAY.
