The heart rate is one you would find in a baby of 5-6 weeks of age. There is a possibility that your baby is just younger than the dates suggest ( you would have ovulated later than usual). You can ask to have your hCG levels measured at two different times to see if the level is rising at all. If it is stable or falling, that indicates the baby may be in trouble.
I would say that is a normal heartrate for 6.6 days - my 7 week scan today showed the heartrate at 154 bpm - this is apparently the upper end of the scale. Best of luck with your pregnancy and congratulations, it is an incredible experience.

It's a little bit behind in its growth. The doctor/midwife will keep a close eye on you for the remainder of your pregnancy and may send you for an ultrsound to check the growth.
