Yes. I have triple-citienship with Peru, Switzerland, and USA. Adding Peruvian citizenship isn't too hard, as long as you have all of the documents that show your relatioship to the country (Parents, Grandparents, etc.). Also, Peru doesn't have many embassies in the U.S. so you might have to travel to a different state because everything must be filed in person.
