tough question. Lots of issues. A kiss needs to be very sincere and at the right moment. When the right moment comes, both of you will be close enough and looking at each other in a way that should tell you that the only logical thing to do is kiss her.
She will be the one to allow you to get close enough to get near enough to kiss. Until you and she are both in that position, don't worry about it.
