For some it may be pleasure but for most people it is humiliating . you can say it is really bad
It's a question of culture. Here in Finland (and the rest of the Nordic countries too), people using showers and saunas and changing rooms at pools and public sports centres always do so naked. Of course the sexes are separate, but it's common to see girls up to age 12 or so in the men's side, accompanied by a father or older brother. And so it happens often that teenage boys are naked in front of girls, and neither side cares at all - neither pleasurable nor humiliating, just part of the scene.
