It is not a good thing when you get sexual pleasure out of it. For instance, a man should never have reason to be seen with an erection in front of his children (whether the children are girls or boys).
It is not a good thing if your children are older and you haven't been doing it their whole lives. You don't want them to get sexual pleasure from you, either. Don't suddenly expose yourself in front of your teenager.
You should also not be naked when there are other adults around who may respond inappropriately to your nudity. Keep it between you and you spouse and your children. Don't invlove the Pizza guy. Don't involve your neighbors by leaving the windows open.
Being naked in front of your children is okay, when it is natural and nobody feels offended or embarrassed.
By the way, you NEVER should be naked in front of other minors, such as you children's friends. Even if they are used to seeing their parents naked.
