I dont think you can file a divorce case in Hongkong because both of you are not citizens of Hongkong.
I suggest you file an annulment case in the Philippines. There is no divorce in the Philippines but annulment has the same effect as divorce. Your marriage will be declared null and void from the beginning.
It will take 3 months to finish. the costs would be 200k more or less.
