Nope, way different. The engines require different flywheels. There may be a possibility that the disc and pressure plate will work, but I would assume not. The toploader from the small block won't work as its input shaft is about 3/8" longer. It can be cut and rebeveled though. If you try to bolt the small-block trans onto the big-block bellhousing you will force the crank forward and the thrust bearing on #3 crank journal will quickly go bad and you will still have a small gap between the trans front face and the mating surface on the bellhousing and possibly break the bolt "ears" off the trans. Also, some 429's used the 1-3/8" input shaft and some had the 1-1/16". Buy the clutch disc according to the trans used. Also, make sure your front suspension is set up for the extra weight of the 429. The 429, believe it or not, is way heavier than the older FE engine series and I'm near certain it is heavier than any other V-8 by any other manufacturer. If you think not, look it up.
There are a few places one can find more information about Cleveland wedges. One good place to get more information is at the website Cleveland Golf or Wedge Fitting Cleveland Golf.
Most original are sealed - most replacements have a grease fitting
If they are original they have no grease fittings If they are replacement they will have grease fitting on the side - special fitting for your grease gun will be required (Thinner than normal)
Original equipment probably has none. Replacement parts may come with a grease fitting.
Yes. A reduction fitting can be used.
The HJ60 repair manual I have is vague about tacho wiring. Some trucks used tacho pickup off the alternator winding before the diode plate, via an extra small wire connected into the alternator. The 2H, and presumably 12HT, have a magnetic pickup on the edge of the bell housing over the flywheel on the left hand side. It requires the magnet to be on the flywheel which mine does not have.
When LeBron is playing, it's "Hail to the Chief" as in the president's theme song. When he is not playing, it's "Bad Day" by Daniel Powter. Yes I made this up, but it seems fitting.
Christianity uses the colour white as a symbol of purity. This is fitting because after baptism the subject is free of Original Sin.
Fitting for WHAT.
no.
When the painting was cleaned it was much lighter than in it's original state, no longer fitting the title 'Night Watch' which, by the way, was not titled by Rembrandt.
