Generally there is always one partner that is stronger in their opinions than the other, but this does not mean you have to accept her controlling ways. Communication is the key to bettering your relationship and instead of running away from the problem you should face her with it. Tell her she is too controlling and you have your opinions on certain things and it's fine to agree to disagree. If she cannot accept this then you are better off breaking up with her. Relationships are about respecting each other and their feelings as well as loyalty and honesty.
