Be intelligent, and explain to them in a very rational manner that you're attracted to women and not men. Don't get frustrated when they don't understand-sometimes people just can't understand. Just keep cool, and explain everything possible, and keep it casual-don't treat it like a big deal because quite frankly it isn't. They'll probably understand whe you (hopefully) find love you want to spend the rest of your life with.
Keep doing what you're doing and prove them wrong. If they want to believe you are just going through a phase only time will change their minds.
this is something no one eles knows she went through a lesbian phase
The teenager was going through a phase, which made her moody.
It's not a phase; if women are lesbians, they stay lesbians, unless they discover themselves to be bi. Ten percent of women are lesbian.
Don't worry, your daughter is just going through a phase!
It is G1 phase .
First of all, let's not call it a "phase." Calling what you're going through a phase diminishes what you are going through. What is happening is you are looking at yourself and trying to figure out who you are. That is a good thing! Questioning your sexual orientation is a very normal thing to do. Gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender people often have questions. If you are feeling this way today, does it mean you will always feel this way? Maybe, maybe not. Some people may seem like they're born knowing they're gay. But actually, most people in the process of coming out do question their sexuality. Some will eventually come out as gay, lesbian, bisexual or trans, but others will decide that they are straight. Each and every one of these identities is okay, as long as you are comfortable and true to who you are.
Wearing his baseball cap back to front, was just a phase he was going through.
Wearing his baseball cap back to front was just a phase he was going through.
The term "going through a phase" tends to mean that the person who is going through said phase is exhibiting less than desirable behavior that society or the speaker assumes will eventually pass with time. This idea often proves true, as the terrible twos and the teenage years do ultimately come to an end in most cases.
The Zula Patrol - 2005 Blue Moon Going Through a Phase 1-16 was released on: USA: 2005
First of all you got to know if you ARE bisexual or even lesbien and next you gotta wait because maybe what your passing through is just a phase but usually it isn't so what i suggest is to take your time, If you know that you can trust one of your closest friends then okay slowly explain but if You have untrusting parents then its better to keep it to yourself....Don't want your parents to freak out.
