I have your exact problem, same age and everything. I do Ballet to keep my back strong because that worries me too. They don't bother me all that much besides the usual 'it's hell to buy a bra or find a shirt that fits right'. If it bothers you that much I would talk to my doctor about reduction surgery. My friend's sister had it because she had back problems, and she is not much older then I am, so I think it's fine, as long as your parents agree.
