Doctor or a SCIENCE teacher perhaps..*cough**cough*
Starving yourself is never the answer to lose weight. Starving yourself could lead to serious consequences like becoming anorexic or bulimic, which cause a lot of harm to your internal organs and eventually, without getting help, even death. Just do the usual diet and exercise thing, eating the right food and the right portions helps a lot better than no food at all. Please re-consider the whole starving yourself thing, its not a good idea at all. You could seriously hurt your body. If you want faster results, talk to a doctor about losing weight. I don't know how much 9.5 stones is in pounds but if its a healthy weight, I say keep it. =]
You wont notice any changes, starving yourself doesnt work, if anything you put on more weight. I have tried it before and after 2 days I felt ill, I weighed myself and hadnt lost any weight atall. You would be much better to eat healthily for a few weeks & excersise daily, that is when you will notice changes. Starving yourself is really stupid, you need food for vitamins, energy etc, it doesnt just contain fat !
yes, still alive. she is very ill, she needs help.
First of all, don't kill yourself. You are going through what is called a depression and as such you are not thinking clearly and very probably not able to help yourself; you are ill. You need to talk to someone who can help you and I suggest a good place to start would be your doctor. Ring him/her up and book an appointment. When you see the doctor tell him/her how you are feeling and try and answer any questions as honestly as you can. Just telling someone how you are feeling will help but the doctor should be able to suggest more things to help you.
"Ill" can be used as an adjective to describe someone who is sick or unwell. It can also be used to describe something that is unfavorable or not good. For example, "She felt ill and stayed home from work" or "The company's ill financial health led to its closure."
No
Just be yourself. It works for me.
By not being ill yourself!
You can try to get them help for their problem. Try to understand that this problem is treatable through therapy and medication so try to stay positive yourself.
