Since there was no number on the shroud of mine, I just ordered a kit that I thought looked like the one. Really, if you get one that has the same gasket and float needle, you're pretty much set unless you're looking for something else. I should still have the paperwork for the one that I ordered. Someone must have converted that vehicle from fuel injection back to a carburetor. Carburetors were phased out during the 1980's. If in fact the vehicle does have a carburetor you can purchase a rebuild kit for that carb. The carb has a part number stamped on it so a good auto parts store can use that number and get you the correct rebuild kit. The kit comes with instructions. Recommend purchasing a new fuel filter and float along with that kit.
There is usually a serial number or a symbol stamped into the side of every carburetor. Unfortunately the only way to know is to match this up or find someone who recognizes these markings. Sometimes a web search can identify a serial number.
Normally there is a metal tag attached with the Model # of the carburetor printed on it. It may or may not have the part #. The part # is usually stamped into the carb somewhere. Look everywhere especially on the base. Once you find the model # there are web sites that will identify what carb you have.
