LOL, I bite my tongue all the time. I found this method on my own and my school nurse actually told me to do it. It's not really a "method", just more of what you should do to help it. If you bite your tongue because of Chewing Gum, stop chewing gum for like...3 days. Drink a lot of water and when you're at lunch ask for a popsicle or buy some at the grocery store. And suck on some ice----but don't choke! Haha. So yeah...it helps...and I know it may seem soothing to put some Vaseline or whatever on the cuts but it doesn't help...it makes it so the bite marks don't heal right and end up feeling worse. You can cure tongue tie by simply sniping your tongue web a bit but have a trained specailist do it
No, and please do not try to place it there. You will have a fight on your hands. The bit is placed on top the tongue between the gap of the teeth.
