You bought a package of vacuum sealed roast its been in the fridge but the seal has broken air in bag dont know how long is the meat ok use by date good for another week?

Whether or not you use the meat is up to you. The conditions of storage and handling are unknowns, so no one else can say if the meat is good. All you can do is go by smell, appearance and texture.
The best recommendation would be for you to return it to the store of purchase. The packaging failed, which it should not have done. If the store won't take it back, then contact the manufacturer.
