Ouch! Wrap it up tightly in sterile bandages and hold your arm up so that it stops bleeding.
If you haven't had a tetnus shot lately, and/or if it does not stop bleeding, check in with your doctor.
if your shaving your legs with a razor then its best to do it in the shower under running water so your skin doesnt get too dry. you can get wax strips or electrical leg shavers which are very good. you didn't say what your shaving but shaving foam is good.

Are you pushing when you shave your arm pits? When I did that I got bumps too. Now I glide over my under arms with a razor and use a good shaving creme or other product. Shaving creme dulls your razor quickly and I find that hair conditioner or coconuts oil makes a great supplement. Hope I help you. ;)

i would suggest a mens razor or a razor with multiple rows, shave side to side instead of up and down to avoid ingrown hair and use a little exfolating brush on your skin not around your actual cat and when shaving around the opening push the lips to be able to get a good shave this is where you can shave against the growth
