Absolutely! Beer contains a very high amount of calories in the form of carbohydrates, which are stored in your body as sugars and fat. Eating very little on top of that is even more unhealthy, as you are not getting enough nutrition from a balanced diet. If you must have beer everyday, eat HEALTHY well rounded meals and have a beer or two a day AFTERWARDS, preferably one after lunch then another after dinner or two in a row after dinner. A good meal will fill you up enough in a positive way so that at the end, you can still enjoy your beer but do not have to consume an astounding 6 in order to feel full!

One should not drink buttermilk at night as it contains casein. This makes the buttermilk hard to digest at night and it should be avoided.

i dont know what you mean by water produce, but if you drink tons of water, you will lose weight. also smoothies and stuff like that. just no carbonated stuff and you'll be fine.
