You should call the nearest DNR ( Dept. of Natural Resources ) Office To alert them, as in most states it is illegal to have a wild animal in your possession without proper permits. They will probably either come and take it to a Vets office or tell you to leave it if it was injured by natural causes.
Call Fish and Wildlife. DO NOT try to help the injured deer, leave that to the experts. If you try to help it, there is a possibilty that you will get hurt. (you also might hurt the deer even more if you accidentially startle it)
I would try to approach the deer carefully, letting it know that I am its friend and there to help it, take it back home and nurse it back to health, raise it until it can live on its own again, and release it back into the wild.
Just because you see a fawn by itsself, do not assume it is abandoned. A doe will frequently go off by itsself, but it is rarely far away.
call wildlife fish and game, every state has one.it is illegal to keep any wild animal in a cage or anywhere it can'nt leave on its own
run for it! nah call the nspca and leave it them.
if your nice enough you would take it in and care for it until its healed or call a vet but at least get it out of the road and somewhere safe
Take it too a veterinarian.
you take it to the vetenarian!
I don't see how a 10 year old rabbit can be a baby, a 10 year old rabbit would be a very, very old rabbit. Do you mean a 10 day old rabbit. In which case the baby would need to be fed on milk. The best milk for the rabbit would be that of its mother.
Damage to it's brain or it is just scared and confused.

A baby rabbit.
Rabbit litter sizes can vary, there is really nothing abnormal about giving birth to only one baby rabbit. However, it is also true that the amount of food a rabbit has to eat can influence the number of babies they have. If you want your rabbit to have more babies, feed it more food.

It looks quite cute my rabbit had babies and the day after she gave birth we cleaned her out and found tiny baby rabbits. We checked them every day and after about 5 days they were still tiny with barely any fur and eyes still closed. Very very cute
