If the white things were not there before freezing, it could be that the freeze caused some minerals to precipitate and that white stuff could be some of the minerals. I have known of water that was so rich in minerals, the bottler had to filter the minerals out of it. The precipitate would develop over time and customers found it unacceptable.
The other thing you can do is get in touch Nestle. The contact information should be on the label. Make sure you have the bottle and production code handy when you call. They should be able to tell you exactly what it is.
