New battery in the key fob may have lost it's memory if the battery has been out for a while - go to Volvo and pay megga bucks.
sorry...an error occurred. Please try again later. (error 59986)
A person can take the ABC light off the dashboard on a Volvo 2000 S70 by connecting an OBDII code reader. It can both read error codes and clear them so that warning lights go out.
There is no TSC error, only a TCS error. This refers to the Traction Control System. The error code, or warning light, will appear if the any of the wheels slip or lose traction.
With a light bulb!
If you have an error code reader use it and the error code. If you don't have it, some car stores can read error codes for you (Auto Zone does). When you know the error code you decide what to do.
Check engine is an error. You have to go at a garage to see what is the error code, then correct the problem.
Transmission error
Pretty simple connect an obd2 scanner and it will pull the error codes for the check engine light then look up the error code and diagnose and fix your problem
the on board computer has found an error with the vehicle. it may need a simple tune up or more try unplugging the battery for ten minutes. that should clear the code then if it comes back on take it to a Volvo dealer or someone with a code reader for that vehicle.
It shouldn't prevent it from starting however it will cause an error light on the instrument panel to light up indicating an error with the automated system.
The error code may have to be reset. Take your car to a shop or use one of the many consumer models on the market to plug in to your car's computer and reset the error. All bulbs should be from the same manufacturer, slight differences in resistance will cause this problem. Notably in Volvo.
its cuz the engine had an error in the coil wire...so it didnt start but soon the wire got wired into the connectative cable thus causin the car 2 restart
