This is likely some form of scam. Some Nigerian scams involve check cashing for example. If you own a firm that would normally do this type of business you should probably take the letter to a lawyer just to be safe. The firm you referenced has offices in the UK and could probably take care of this themselves if you are a U.S. citizen.
Also, go to the company website (link added to this question) and contact them directly using the contact information found there.
