You have Honda crv 2004 It makes very loud noise and it looks like from the rear wheel of passenger side It happens even low speed or sometime 50 mph and when you applied break it was gone?

rotate your rotors.. you should actually bring it into a shop
Added: I would suspect your rear wheel bearings need re-packing or replacement.
ALSO - Since '04 CRV's do not have disc brakes on the rear wheels I would also have your brake drums and brake shoes checked as well.
