the milage dosent matter i have a 1992 model and what i use is boach platnium 2 this is a great plug you don't have to gap them there already gaped for,it helps with your gas milage to
they are in the front by the raderater and in thr back by the fire wall
The compression ratio is high enough to combust the diesel without the aid of sparkplugs
inches = pulgadas I would imagine the abbreviation to be something like 'pgdas', though I have seen 'pulg' in the singular (pulgs? plural?)
if your Honda has a v-tech the igniton control should be on the left side of the engine and if it don't then look on the far right of the engine and it should be where the spark pulgs are.
You DO need to put them in order or the engine will not run properly. To find out the order we need make and engine size.
means your about to have transmission problems. it will kick you tranny into limp mode after awhile. check all electrical pulgs going into tranny. check for corrsion and bad conections. hopfully its a s easy as that. but maybe tranny going bad.
Did you also change spark plug wires ? It may also be a lose spark plug wire or coil pack...
the burning of gas......the spark pulgs ignite the gasoline...the ignited gas is sent out of the car out the exhast...there is many different ways the car companies has helped to less pollute the air by using EGR Valve (Exhaust Gas Recirculation). and the use of catalatic converter and many other things
If you see sparks coming from your spark plugs something is wrong. You could have broken insulation on the wires. You could have broken spark plugs. You could have too much grease and gunk on the wires. If the spark is outside, it is not burning the gas inside the engine and you are sending unburned gasoline out the tailpipe. Tell me which brand of gasoline you are wasting your money on and I will buy stock in the company. The cure is probably new plugs, wires, etc.
look in the owners manual if you don't have it look under hood on one of the lablels there should be the plug gap, of go to autozone and ask. you don't gap 300zx spark plugs, you buy platinum plugs! yo dont get platume you have to buy ngk laser cut pulgs and u dont need gaping ANSWER:For TT its Usually. 030. It's very likely that you do have low fuel pressure. It could be the pump or the filter, but it could also be the throttle position sensor or any of a number of other possibilities.AnswerFrom here it sounds like a clogged air filter or fouled spark plugs. If a high throttle setting causes black smoke to come out the back (best checked by someone following since the black may dissipate too rapidly for the driver to see) then there is not enough air for the amount of gasoline being fed. Bad spark pulgs can do the same since the compression increases with air intake and the plugs may not be able to fire across the gap at the higher pressure involved. And, of course, anything that makes insufficient fuel availble could also be at fault such as a bad fuel pump or a leaky fuel line. A leaky line is usually obvious if you smell gasoline outside the car right after shutting it down. The line will probably leak until the fuel has drained from the line.
MAKE SURE THE TIMING MARKS ARE LIGNED AFTER YOU REMOVE THE COVERS, ROTATE THE MOTOER BY HAND WITH A BREAKER BAR OR LARGE RATCHET. Place the vehicle on jackstands and support the motor. Remove the top passenger's side motor mount. Remove the belts. Install a three-jaw puller and remove the underdrive pulley. Then remove the engine mount bracket. (three bolts must move the motor up and down to get them all of the way out). Remove the outer timing belt cover. One tip, take your time removing the cover and be careful not to break it. I broke mine and ran it without the cover and the alternator belt decided to come to the inside, throwing the motor out of time and bending all the valves costing alot of time and money. Once you get the cover removed, there is a small tube looking thing against the tensioner pulley. There are two bolts holding it in place. Remove them. Then take the tensioner off the tensioner pulley. The belt should come off. Install the new belt. Before reassembly you will have to take the tensioner (tube looking thing) to your local machine shop and have tehm compress it for you, or if you have a fairly good-sized vice and a small allen-wrench, you can do it yourself. Put the tensioner back on the pulley(you may have to pry it tight with a large flat screwdriver to pry up the tensioner into place) Make sure the timing marks are aligned or you will have about a $700 machine shop bill. Get the belt as tight as possible by prying on the tube-looking tensioner and the tighten the bolts holding it in place. After that put the bolt holding the bottom pulley in and rotate the motor clockwise witha large breaker bar or ratchet. After exactly TWO revolutions of the pulley the timing marks should align.TIP: remove the spark-pulgs and if you feel any resistance the pistons are hitting the valves, which means you have to rotate the the motor with a ratchet counterclockwise until the mark on the camshaft aligns with the mark on the cover, then remove the timg belt and turn the crankshaft ONE time the put the belt back on. After you are for sure the motor is in time, put everything back together in reverse order of removal. Then start the motor and let it idle for at least two minutes to break in the new belts
