Could be dirty fuel injectors or a vacuum leak somewhere. Run a couple of bottles of Techron fuel injector cleaner through it and see if that helps. One bottle at a time. One each time you fill up the next 2 times.
not 100% sure, but check your fuel pump
A dirty air filter will cause your automobile to not properly accelerate. A dirty fuel filter will also cause your automobile to not properly accelerate.
It could be the fuel filter starting to clog.
If it has had a tune up and the fuel filter has already been replaced, have the fuel pump pressure tested.
If your engine is stalling when you push the gas from an idle or sitting still it can be several different things. The first thing I would check is the fuel filter. I would have it replaced. If that isnt the problem change your air filter.
If you have not replaced the fuel filter in the last 50,000 miles replace it. Also replace the spark plugs and plug wires if you have not done so. Of course replace the air filter every 30,000 miles.
Check your fuel filter, this may be dirty.
I think its under the rear seat
The fuel filter probably needs to be replaced. It could be stalling because of a major vacuum leak. Check the PCV valve and all the hoses.
Fuel filter should be replaced at the same time as the new pump.New pump has more suction and will plug the filter.
The alternator has nothing to do with stalling. When did you last replace the fuel filter? If the engine light is on then have a repair shop scan it and repair it. It is cheaper than guessing.
You do not clean any fuel filter you just replace it. If it has a filter in the tank it is a permanent filter that is only replaced when the pump is replaced.
