bad head gasket or cracked head.
Open the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator.
There is a drain plug just below the lower radiator hose.
Your intake manifold probably has a crack in the water jacket.
Sounds like a freeze plug corroded or blew out; at worst, it might be a cracked block.

To change the antifreeze on a Mercedes, locate the drain plug on the bottom of the radiator. Drain the fluid into a pan and refill it.
There should be a drain plug on the bottom of the radiator, I believe the plug is white.

Antifreeze on the electrode end of the plug may mean a blown head gasket. Antifreeze on the upper portion of the plug that fills the plug well may be caused by a leaking heater hose. There are not enough details here to be more specific. It seems like you have a leaking dome.Need to replace a new one
