I think you should talk to your husband about what you feel and ask him what he thinks. If that doesn't work, it's better to annul the marriage.

If you were divorced and have the legal papers then you are both single and you can then remarry if you so choose in New York State. Some people have disagreements or become so angry they often divorce; realize it was a mistake and remarry. The validity is you were divorced and now remarried.

Not real common, men are usually lazy and will stay in a marriage, happy or not. But, when they do this, it is real common for them to realize that they made a mistake. My 2 sisters went through this, had a divorce and then re-married their husbands. They have wonderful relationships now. If a man does this, the couple has to put everything in the past and realize that it was a mistake and focus on the future. On the other hand, if this is a pattern of behavoir for the man, then do not put up with this. He is playing games and is using you for a door mat, then you will not have his respect and that is a total turn off. My sisters are strong women and their husbands know this. They made sure that they took care of themselves during the separation time and didn't freak out.

Infidelity is not good for a marriage and it is breaking the marriage vows as well as the bond of trust the couple should have for each other. Answer The first thing you should do is see a professional as you seem to be a bit fickle and I don't mean this as an insult, but before entering the world of marriage, most people do fully realize what they are getting into, before saying I do.
