She may miss it, but then again, she could be happy you stopped. Some people don't like to get jokes/forwards, and she could be that type of person. If you want to know how she will react, just stop sending them, and if she texts you more often, then she probably does miss them.
Or you could simply ask her if she wants you to stop, or to keep sending.
