You have deleted the map msimn from your computer but now you can no longer read mails or send mails. Error on msimn.exe is the pop-up. How can you solve this problem?

You will need your operating system disk to solve this. Go to your control panel, then to add/remove programs. Then to add / remove windows components find the e-mail program and uncheck it to remove it totally. Then close it out go there again and re-check it. This should re-install the program.

In short no. but the longer answer is well, longer. when a file is deleted from explorer, it is sent to the recycle bin. when you delete it from the recycle bin, it is gone forever. the recycle bin is like an "are you sure" thingy.
