Nonsensical question. 'Knot' is a measure of speed or velocity and kilometre of distance or length. The two are not compatible. You might as well ask how many ounces are in a kilowatt. To cover 41 kilometres/hour you would be sailing (presumably) at 22.14knots or 22.13 UK knots. Originally the knots that gave their name to the unit were placed at intervals of 47ft 3in along a rope. I suppose - in a round about way - you could say that there would therefore be 341.62 knots in your 41km but I suspect that isn't the answer you were looking for...
USN Gato class subs in WWII could about 20 knots surface, and about 9 knots underwater.
the movers loved knit knots very much but there was only so much that they could do with the character knit knots.... =)
Knots are areas of muscle that are in contraction or spasm. You can get them from overworking a muscle in your back. You can also get them from overstretching a muscle. This is probably the most common cause since so many of us have failing posture and this causes back muscles to be stretched too much. Muscles also need sufficient minerals and water to function well and not create knots.
