You should dust it. Stuff can have a whole lot of different meanings. You should dust the furniture. You should vacuum the rugs. You should put away as much stuff as possible. You should wash your bedding as often as every few days. (Dust mites that live in bedding have been shown to be a cause of Allergies.) You should look for mold and get rid of it. If you can find the source of your allergy, get rid of it. This is springtime in a large part of the nation. A number of plants are blooming. Go to a store and purchase a large air filter that will filter the air for you. Keep a food diary. Three things known to cause allergies in some people are pork, milk, and soy. There are other things as well.
