Also, I highly recommend replacing internet Explorer with Firefox on all computers. Note that you may need to install plugins for making specific types of media play in the browser (such as flash), but it will notify you. Firefox is preferable because it loads pages faster (as does Safari), it is more secure, and it makes it very easy to customize and add tools like AdBlock Plus which would help people work without ads loading on websites.
