Uh YEAH! Seroquel by its self will make you black out, pass out or even sleep-eat! Drinking with it will definitely contribute to that effect. Half of a Serouel 500 mg is 250 mg, which is an extremely high dose to consume if you don't take it on the regular. I have been taking it for more than a year every single day, and 300 mg still sedates me to where i can barely even move! It isn't going to kill you, but if you want those effects, try a 50 and titrate up.
