i have the same thing but mines a 1993 4.0
There is no such thing as a Cherokee with a 8 cycl unless its a grand Cherokee
There is no such thing as a 2004 Cherokee....if you mean GRAND CHEROKEE then I don't know
The most common thing on the Cherokee overheating at idle is a fan clutch failure. it may spin but the resistance may be too weak to pull enough air through the radiator.
nope cant do it. no such thing as an 8.0 liter in a jeep
There is no such thing as a 2003 Jeep Cherokee. The last year for the XJ was 2001.Answercheck radiator fan relay. who ever this is saying that there is no such thing as a 2003 jeep Cherokee needs to stop trying to answer questions. you are an idiot. I have a 2003 Cherokee loredo so do your home work and stop being pretentiousSpeaking of idiots, can't you even tell the difference between a Cherokee and a GRAND Cherokee? These two vehicles have almost nothing in common except for the drive train. The XJ Cherokee has been out of production since the end of the 2001 model year. I stand by my answer. Also, the last year for the LAREDO package on the XJ Cherokee was 1992. I have one of them.
If you cant find the drain plug then just pull the lower hose. It does the same thing. I do it all the time. Saves time looking for it in different models. Good luck.
I wondered the same thing. The radiator doesn't only cool the engine coolant, It also cools the transmission fluid that comes from your transmission through the cooling lines. So your radiator has a crack somewhere and that would explain the transmission fluid leaking out. Hope that answers it. William @ JeepGrandCherokeeTransmission.com
It is not a direct fit, any thing is possible.
Yes it will the only thing that changed from 94 to 98 was the placement of the foglights, placement of some badging and the interior was revised. All the suspension and drivetrain parts are interchangeable.
I have a 98 Grand Cherokee 5.9 limited that does the same thing.
I wish I knew. I have a 2002 Grand Cherokee that is doing the same thing.
radiator is the zig zag tubing thing with metal fins in front of the engine block. you will see a metal cap on the center top sometimes on the side.
