I have a 94 Mercury Topaz that recently was exhibiting that symptom, but it didn't start until after a mechanic replaced my fuel pump. Apparently he installed a universal pump and may have damaged it upon installation. I put up with that for about 6 months until the car also started dying on hot days. A new mechanic installed a better quality pump, and now my car runs fine.
nothing yet. you are using an electronic computer.
The electronic calculator.
Recently had same problem. Mechanic replaced 2 sensors (unknown which 2) and gave complete tune-up. Runs fine now.
You probably have a bad Electronic Control Module. They are notorious for going bad.
it means your struts need to be checked and or replaced. the deville has an automatic ride control that eletronically controls the ride height of the vehicle front and rear. there are passive struts available from the dealer..or aftermarket air ride or passive systems available for it on the net. i suggest the dealer or a reputable mechanic do this as the electronic control has to be disabled if the passive struts are installed.
You might want to check how it is installed and if it is installed correctly. If it is installed correctly, then take it in to a mechanic, and have it looked at. chances are, if the boot is brand new, it might be the car. who knows. Some boots require a special tool to properly tighten the clamps, without that tool it can't be installed correctly.
When one sewing machine needed a repair. Try bringing it on the electronic shop or hardware shop. Or hire a on call mechanic for it to get fix. If not might as well sell it in junk shop.
Check under the distibritor, you may need to replace the o ring, it's not that expensive to have a mechanic do it for you. I replaced three on our 91 I recently sold it at 185000 miles
