You hit your head pretty hard on a headrest a couple minutes ago It hurts really bad but there is no blood coming out as far as you can tell What should you do?

If you are experiences difficulties related to your neck (i.e. any pain or intense discomfort) and it is causing you concern, you should take yourself to an E.R.!
Things to be aware of:
Do you feel grinding/clicking/popping when you try to move your neck?
Do you have a radiating/shooting pain that originates in your neck and moves elsewhere?
Are you unable to move your neck at all or in a very limited manner?
You can try to relax by lying down, but once again if you are concerned I would go to an E.R.

It's pretty easy. I have the 2004 model year, which is basically the same thing. Raise the headrest all the way up. Look at the plastic pieces on the seat where the headrest supports go into the seat. One of them will have a small hole. Get a paperclip and push it into the hole while pulling up on the headrest and it will come out.
Why do women feel ugly during their period?
