spark plugs are near the battery.
The Mazda tachometer and the speedometer have separate cables. The tachometer cable probably does not work properly. Change the tachometer cable.

You can reset the ABS light in a 2000 Mazda 626 by unplugging the battery cables. You can also reset it by connecting a diagnostic tool to your car.

the negative cable is the one tha go to the chassy or the engine . And the positive go to the fuse box.
Retrieve error codes on 95 millin -- you jump ten and ground in the data link connector.
Maybe an electrical problem, as far as that. Do you have an after market CD player hooked up.. may be hooked up wrong. Also if there are bare wires, you should cover the tips with black electrical tape.
