Put your door key in the driver's side and turn it like your going to unlock the car. This should turn your alarm off.
For each side under the hood , right behind the light you twist and pull it out, it's tight , but if i can do it anyone can.

does anyone know where a starter is located on a 98 acura 3.5 RL
It's attached to the starter.
we are trying to take the rotors off on our 98 cadillac deville but we do not know which way to turn the bolts? Does anyone have info for us....
The starter solenoid is attached to and an integral part of the starter.
yes but it has to be 500 dullers
Sorry, should have pointed out I want the charmander and will give a ruby/sapphire starter for it...
No way around it, the intake plenum has to come out to replace the starter. Always use new gaskets and a new "bellow" gasket where the plenum meets the throttle body. A light coat of oil around the inside of the bellow seal makes it easier to slide together.
Between the oil filter and starter on the engine block, almost behind the starter.
You will probably have to remove the exhaust system to get it down.
yes, It was the starter motor on mine I had it repaired at a cost of R5000 as the motor had to be removed to access the starter motor
