Stop hiding in his bushes at night and talk to him don't follow him around all the time, give him space.
Like the person above me said, you may want to give him some space for a while. When you feel like it's the right time, try getting your story straight (unless of course you are a stalker) and who knows, the guy might like you back. If not, try giving it some time, be friendly ,try different approaches. If all fails you may want to try and give up?
