Read your owner's manual. This information can be found there. No its not, it just shows where the fuse box is under the engine hood. I can't read which one is for rear wiper, or rear defogger. If you are unable to use the rear wiper and defogger, it is likely due to the fact that the rear window is down ever so slightly. I fought this problem for weeks until I rolled the window down and back up. Now the defogger and wiper work!!!
Need to replace fuses on 1993 Grand Prix. Need to know ampere and color of the fuses.
When a electrical motor ages it starts to draw more current than the circuit can handle and the fuse blows. I suspect you will need to replace your wiper motor. Do check all the wires/connections going into the motor first.
If your wipers do not work at all. It could be a fuse or it could be the motor. Check your fuse and if its not that, then you need to get a new motor.
I believe it is a 30 amp mini-fuse in location # 16 for the windshield wiper motor / wiper Hi-Lo relay / wiper run park relay . The fuse panel is on the end of the dash - under a cover visible with the driver's door open

If you'd like to replace a wiper motor on a Ford F-150 you need disconnect the negative battery cable, remove mounting bolts, and replace old wiper with new unit. When you've installed new unit connect electrical harness and wiper arm to motor.
Most likely you will need to replace the wiper motor. If you can hear the motor when you turn the wipers on, then you will need to replace the wiper transmission. The wiper transmission is a link that attaches to the motor and the wiper arm. Both are located on the firewall usually under the cowl panel. (the panel between the hood and the windshield)
The windshield wipers have their own dedicated fuse. The fuse can be found in the fuse box. The location of the fuse is listed on the inside cover of the fuse box.
You need to get the wiper blade from the dealership. You can just replace the wiper rubber. It slides into the wiper assembly at a cost of about $5, or replace the whole unit for around $50 each. I replaced the rubber part on mine and it's great.
