You never use to like him but now that he is over you and just wants to be friends you feel like you have lost him and you miss him so why do I like him now?

- You are a fickle person. As long as he was paying attention to you deep inside you enjoyed the attention even though you felt you never liked him and now that he wants to be friends because of your reaction to him you are not going to get the same attention he once gave you and it leaves him free to date any girl he pleases which, in your mind you feel he is yours to do with as you please. Many people want what they can't have even if they had it before. You are going to have to do some soul searching to know if you more than like him and if you do then you need to talk to him about your feelings. It appears you have never given this young man a chance and 'judged a book by it's cover' which means you only saw what you wanted to see on the surface and never really realized how close the two of you really were.
