There isn't really any easy work to get a girl....... but try being her friend and being at her side always and always be there for her, let her feel comfortable around you first and if you really like this girl you'll wait for her until she does..... Some girls go out with guys who they could feel comfortable with and feel like they could trust them....so be a brother, a friend, a best friend, to her first, then tell her how you feel when you think that she is comfortable around you and when she opened up to you......... good luck ;)
