You started your period on March 8 but took 4 birth control pills that same day to get rid of it it ended up coming back on like March 11 does that effect when i would have ovulated that month?

You do not ovulate on Birth Control. But you shouldn't take 4 pills on one day, this overdoses your system. Your period arrived on 11th because of the 4 pills you took on the same day. This messes with your system. If your next period doesn't arrive, perform a pregnancy test.
