The only nursing course that takes 3 months would be a certified nursing assistant. LPNs take about a year and RN school takes 3-4 years depending on what school and if you are going for your bachelor's or not.

What university course you should take depends on the career path that you want ti follow. For example, if you want to be a nurse, you should complete a degree in nursing.
