I live in a residential neighborhood where your not supposed to make a whole lot of noise. I want to buy a dirt bike or something to ride in my yard for that matter but I don't want to bug the neighbors. Is there such thing as a quiet dirt bike or an electric dirt bike that isn't thousands of dollars?
it will cost about 5,000 to 10,000 to build a successful dirt bike if you want to go pro
first of all i dont know why you would want to destroy a dirt bike, but if you want to take it apart its the easeist way
not all are. if you want to do dirt jumping i recommend you do not use a normal mountain bike. get a proper dirt jump bike. i used a felt q520 xc bike to dirt jump and the forks broke and i took it in and the mechanic said i had damaged the frame and it was close to snapping.
Sit on the bike. If you’ve chosen the right size bike, your feet should just be able to touch the ground. Now, look at where you are on the sit. If you are like most beginners, you will be way too far back. A dirt bike seat has a natural indentation where the seat meets the gas tank. That is where you want your butt.
No matter what dirt bike you are riding you will want to install the switch via the ignition coil. Obviously based on the dirt bike you will need to find a convenient place for the key switch but make sure you run it through the ignition coil. Especially if you have both a electric and kick start on your dirt bike.
