This is what you need to do: 1) Remove coin tray by pushing in on the front side and lifting out (it is a click-in) 2) Pull center panel toward you while sitting in the car - good places to pull from are where the vents are and the outside edges. That's it. Everything in the center console clicks in. One final word of advice -- double check to make sure CD player is compatible with the frame. The CD player I bought was not, but I still managed to mount it. Hope this helps.

Begin by removing the covers to your 1993 Geo rear speakers. Remove the speaker retaining screws. Remove the wiring harness from the back of the rear speakers. Reverse the process to install the new rear speakers.
Remove the retaining ring on the top of the cigarette lighter assembly. Pull the cigarette lighter assembly out and remove the wiring harness from the back of the assembly. Reverse the process to install the new cigarette lighter assembly.
Remove the old mount & replace with the new.

I just bought the instrument cluster out of one with the tach in it out of a junkyard. All of the wiring plugs are identical. Just a couple of screws to remove and three plugs on the back of it. 93 to 97 should be the same.
