Young pony just started jumping n jumps 1 or twice but then refuses shell willingly follow another horse over but don't want to keep doing it or she may get into the habit of only jumpin while follow?

May be you are over doing the jumping.Remember she is young and you shouldn't push her too much. She may be getting bored or could be in pain. Try just jumping a few jumps reward her and finish. Always finish on a good note you dont want to make her associate jumping with being 'told off'. Would you want to keep doing the same thing over and over again? Do you have a good jumping position? you could be hitting back down on the saddle and hurting her back, make sure you dont catch her mouth . Have you had your saddle checked lately? young horses change shape when they start to work.There are many reasons why she may not want to jump. Try just hacking her out give her a break from jumping then start from the beginning again.Remember you need to let her do things gradually .
