Your 1988 f150 with 302 5 ltr has been running like it is out of gas which it is not you have changed the PCV valve and gromit and the fuel filter it has a new alternator any ideas?

There really isn't enough information here to be of much help. If you are truly "running out of gas" I would have the FI system pressure check. Any reputable shop can do so. That is a good start. You would have to take it from there. Good luck!
