This problem has many possible answers. A blown fuse will not cause a battery to drain. At least not to my knowledge.
The easiest way to check to see if the battery is not charging and this usually means that the Alternator is not working properly, is to start the car and remove the RED Positive (+) lead from the battery. If the engine stalls, the Alternator is not working properly and the battery isn't being charged. Replace the alternator and charge battery.
If the engine does not stall, then the Alternator is working and you need to check for a possible short or some other kind of power draw on the battery when the auto is not running. Improperly installed alarms/fog lamps/stereos are usually the cause. Some cases a broken or chaffed wire or over heated/melted wire will cause the power drain by a short. This usually will not be easily found and best to go to a Reputable Auto Electrical Tech for a diagnostic/repair.
