Make and model of tires and wheels including tire size. I assume the truck did not do it with the old wheels and tires? I will help, just need some more info. When and where does the vibration occur? In the steering wheel, seat, and any relationship when applying the brakes?

Not without the 16 inch wheels too, make sure they have the 5x4.5 bolt pattern Otherwise no problem, 93 Wranglers came with 15 inch wheels.
It could be a suspension part such as a control arm. I just had replace the rear control arms on my 1993 Toyota Celica because the bearings in the control arms were worn out. It made a lot of rattling and thumping; when I replaced the arms the sound stopped.
