Your 1994 intrepid has a fast idle when in park when you start it and when in town it wants to drive at 45mph how can you fix it Tried to adjust idle already and nothing works?

I think it is all run off the computer. I would guess that some sensor or sensors are bad and need replaced because the sensors tell the computer how the gas and air mixture should be. I would take it and have a computer reading done on it to point you in the right direction as to which sensor/sensors may be acting up.
